This message contains important information for your student's 2018-2019 school year registration.

CUSD parents will be able to complete their annual Re-Enrollment & Data Confirmation process for the 2018-2019 school year online, via the Parent Portal beginning July 16th.

Parents of students in Grades K-6 should check their student’s backpack for their individualized data confirmation letter which is being sent home today. This letter contains important information including the data confirmation process timeline, a list of your currently active Parent Portal accounts, and instructions for accessing the CUSD Parent Portal. Parents of students in Grades 7-12 who do not already have Parent Portal accounts can obtain a copy of their Parent Portal letter from the school front office.

Online Data Confirmation is a quick and easy way for parents to update their students Address, Emergency Contact, and Medical Information, as well as to receive updated school & district documents, and complete annual student authorizations. Parents who complete data confirmation online will not be required to fill out and return paper registration forms in the Fall, and will receive priority access to their student’s teacher assignments when that information is released in August.

MAY 2018

· This data confirmation letter sent home

JUNE 2018

· Enjoy summer vacation!

JULY 2018

· Re-Enrollment window opens 7/16

· Parents notified via Phone, Email, Text

· Parents log on to Parent Portal to complete Data Confirmation / Re-Enrollment

AUGUST 2018

· Elementary Classroom assignments available via Parent Portal on 8/7 for parents who have completed Data Confirmation / Re-Enrollment

· Middle and High School student schedules available via Parent Portal between 8/7 - 8/10 for parents who have completed Data Confirmation. Specific date/time for each school will be messaged to parents via Phone, Email, Text, and Website in the beginning of August.

· August 15th FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
