Some users are experiencing difficulty completing the data confirmation process using the Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer web browsers.
If you are experiencing an error where your computer is stuck on a 'Loading...' screen we recommend that users log on to the Parent Portal using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
